I am a Ph.D. student at the Johns Hopkins Engineering Research Center for Computer Integrated Surgical Systems and Technologies (CISST).

My current research topic is on deformable models of human anatomy, focusing on bone shape and density statistics.

To create the deformable model, we need several geometric entities. Here is a link to the most recent version of my proposal for architectural guidelines of the geometric entities package. I also have some examples of code to demonstrates these ideas.
