CIS
Introduction
The CIS library is a collection of tools developped over the last years either for the CIS classes (tought by Dr. Taylor) or the different experiments at the ERC-CISST (Engineering Research Center for Computer Integrated Surgical Systems and Technologies).
The documentation of this library is an ongoing process thus many classes and methods are not fully documented.
Notes
- Four versions are available for each library, Debug/Release mode and Static/Dynamic. We recommand to use the static debug version for both Windows and Linux.
Be aware that in cisNumerical, the optimization options of both Visual-C++ and gcc 3.x are such that some symbols are missing when linking (the debug versions don't have this problem).
- This is a new version of CIS. If you are trying to use older code (written before september 2001), it won't work. Most names have changed, see the changes. For the most adventurous, we have a perl script which uses this file and replaces the symbols for you.
- If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact the web master or you can send an e-mail to cis-devel@cisstlist.cs.jhu.edu.
