- For listproc lists, one should send a plain text email (NO HTML) to:

- Example, if Joe Smith wants to subscribe to erc-cisst-social, the email should contain:
SUBSCRIBE erc-cisst-social Joe Smith

- For lists.johnshopkins.edu lists:
- If you are from Hopkins, log on http://lists.johnshopkins.edu and use your JHED login/password.
- If you don't have a JHED account, i.e. if you are not JHU or JHMI affiliated, subscribe by email:

subscribe <mailing_list> Full Name
- Example, if Joe Smith wants to subscribe to erc-cisst-seminar, the email subject should be:
subscribe erc-cisst-seminar Joe Smith
- The subject line should be:
!! One important notice for the JHEM and JHED users, the listproc.jhu.edu and lists.johnshopkins.edu servers will automatically convert your email to your primary alias. To avoid any issue, make sure your email client is configured so that outgoing email is using your JHED primary alias as sender.
